rooftop pool helpful staff thin door breakfast variety
The rooftop pool was great. It was pleasant. The staff were helpful, always available to assist with requests. The building itself was beautiful, designed with traditional Moroccan elements.
The room was on the ground floor. A single thin door separated it from the lobby. I was disturbed by the noise of other guests returning at night. Breakfast included similar pastries each day. I found there was little variety. It wasn't until the second day that I realised I could order eggs.

serene stay in a beautiful riad
attentive staff rooftop breakfast convenient location detailed attention
i found the staff quite attentive and helpful . the breakfast setup on the rooftop was pleasant with good temperatures. the location was convenient with the main square accessible within a short walk. i thoroughly enjoyed the aesthetics of the building, noticing attention to detail.
the massage i had at the spa was okay, but it was not excellent.

the beautiful suite was spacious and clean. the bathroom included fluffy towels. the room's aesthetics were amazing with rose and orange blossom scents throughout the riad adding to the luxurious feel.

breakfast was served on the rooftop. the staff adapted the breakfast for my vegetarian needs. i received excellent recommendations for local food. the temperature was comfortable.

the rooftop area included a small pool with sunbeds. the spa offered several treatments. i liked the traditional architecture throughout the building. the riad design provided a calm escape.

high quality helpful staff
i found the fixtures to be of high quality with hand-carved doors. the reception staff were helpful. abdul and abdul from the bar and restaurant team were amazing (i was able to practice my french!).

a mostly positive experience
attentive staff lovely space fresh bread thin door natural light sound proofing
the staff showed attentiveness. nothing seemed too difficult for them. the pool and bar area offered a pleasant space to relax after outings. fresh bread, pastries, and fruit were available each morning at breakfast..
The room faced the entrance lobby and had a thin wooden door. this meant noise at night from other guests disturbed my sleep. i found the lack of natural light. soundproofing stated in the listing wasn't effective. I could hear other guests.

Really good Riad Experience
friendly employee helpful employee seamless arrangement relaxing rooftop
The employees were friendly and helpful, greatly enhancing my visit. I booked several excursions through them, including a hot air balloon ride, a camel excursion, and a Berber dinner. Everything was arranged seamlessly and met expectations. The rooftop area proved to be very relaxing. The pool was also a great feature.
The water pressure in the shower was lower than ideal, a minor inconvenience during an otherwise flawless stay.
